For the past three years Walid Haddad has been closely working with the former owner, clockmaker Mr. Johann Aigner. Walid has taken over our Zeitspiel store in January 2020. Since then, Walid has put effort, passion, and dedication into this business.
Walid is not only an experienced expert but also a solution-oriented creative. He enjoys taking on complex projects which require individual services. In collaboration with Mr. Aigner, they pay special attentional these specific projects they take on.
Walid‘s strong suit is the customer service he provides. He makes sure to work around your wishes and ideas. In doing so, he ensures that every service from small repairs to greater deal restorations, receive the right detail-oriented attention.

Magd is the person you want to talk to when it comes to our watches. He is ready to offer an excellent and attentive service - from small repairs to custom made watches and jewelry, and general services and information, he is the man to approach!
Next to doing his university course, Magd works part time here at Zeitspiel, so he can prepare and gain experience for his upcoming enrollment as a clockmaking apprentice.
Yara currently studies at the University of Vienna and manages to support the Zeitspiel team with her sales knowledge, and excellent customer service skills, at the same time. Yara is happy to assist you, so you may make well informed decisions when enjoying shopping and the services at Zeitspiel.

To be able to consistently provide you with the best service, we closely work with with a team of highly experienced clockmakers and experts. We are proud to have expert clockmakers Martin Maffini, and Helmut Celand as our partners! On top of them our team greatly profits from our collaboration with renowned clockmaker Mr. Johann Aigner, who has gained over 40 years of experience in the field of clockmaking. We have recently expanded our services and now offer goldsmith services as well. We proudly work in collaboration with our partner Kamil, who is an experienced goldsmith, and creates fantastic hand-crafted watches and jewelry pieces which may find their way from his hands to yours in our store!
